Me, Myself, And Music

For the first time in a long while I wrote a song that I can actually stand.
A song I can actually be proud of.
I guess with all the bullshit going on in my life I became unsatisfied with all my other work.

To come up with a melody and lyrics that actually meant something to me felt good.
For a time it felt like I was me again.
Like all the little shattered pieces of my existence had somehow gathered back together.

For someone whose choice in career path is musician, not being satisfied with my stuff has been a tough ordeal.
It made me think that perhaps I just wasn't cut out to be a musician.
I'm pretty sure I just proved myself wrong.

The EP is coming soon.

ok, so i've accepted the fact that mtv is now all about rap and hip-hop. I've accepted the fact that it gets more and more retarded each and every year. but what i can't accept, what i can't stand, what i can never forgive is the nausiating (probably spelled wrong), ridiculous, pathetic "reality shows" that they are now responsible for putting onto TV. not only are these shows "partially scripted" but the people that they follow are perhaps the most incredibly stupid people on the planet.
